Each provider sets aside at least 30 minutes to understand their patients’ unique symptoms and concerns. Then, they use that information to develop custom treatment plans.

After hour cell phone access
You can always reach your doctor. During the day it is in the office, and at night, weekends, and holidays, if you have an urgent matter, you can contact your physician directly on his cell phone.

Nursing home care, hospital care, and home visits
If you’re hospitalized, immobile, or living at a nursing home, the team can come to you. The team at Joseph J Botta, MD & Associates, LLC, regularly makes calls outside the office to ensure patient comfort and convenience.

Timely access
As a member of the concierge program, you get access to same-day appointments, same-day medication refills, and same-day callbacks. Receive the help you need exactly when you need it.
